Oh! Almost Forgot!... baby....

I almost forgot to say... This picture is at our incredible Thanksgiving dinner- mom you are amazing!!! This was right after we told every one that we are going to have another baby!!! Christian told everyone that Savannah had an announcement... she was going to walk by Christmas.... AND she is going to be a big sister. My mom was trying not to cry from the start, she knew what was coming. We are so excited! As far as I know I will be due the end of July, but my first doctors appointment is the beginning of January so I will give a due date then.

We also just got the keys to our new home and will be moving in the 19th! Yay! What an amazing couple of months!

Fun at Grandma and Papa's

Savannah loves that she can get around the house now- grandma got her a nice walker for when we come to visit! Savannah LOVES Bryce and has found that life is good when you can get around and follow him. The only thing that would make her happier is if she could walk... and she is really trying!

The kids love making a disaster of the house together too... cute but not so fun to clean up. Grandma and Papa have the best toys!

Daddy's Little Girl....

Captivated with his drumsticks... need I say more?

Fun with Uncle Joe & Bryce/ 9M Stats/ House!

Savannah absolutely LOVES Bryce... She watches and tries her best to keep up with him- Bryce on the other hand couldn't care less about her trying to follow him around! Soon I am sure Savannah will be fast enough to keep up though. She is now crawling... FORWARD! Yay! It has taken some time but this week she crawls forward. She also points, jiber jabbers, claps, dances, growls when you growl with a lion/tiger/bear picture... and so many more adorable things. She is starting to love her new found freedom of crawling and she is also beginning to understand that good long screaming can sometimes get what you want- to mommy's dismay.

She also had her 9 month check up 2 weeks ago which I forgot to post about... well, actually have just been putting off, but she was 19lbs. 10oz.- I was happy with that, Christian and I thought surely she weighed more... but less is better when you have a child content to be carried most of the day! She is average height and head circumference... (in other words I can't think of off the top of my head what the exact measurements are- if you even care! :-) ) Great week - tons of things happening

We also got our house we have been waiting for- for months! Short Sales take FOREVER! But we are super excited and will probably move in the first or second week of December. Yay! Can't wait! (Pictures of the house to come!)

Apple Hill!

These are a little older but Christian has been SO busy he just barely got a chance to put them on the computer from his iPhone so here they are! Christian surprised Savannah and I a couple of Saturdays ago by taking us up to Apple Hill! It was SO fun! We enjoyed delicious apples, apple fritters, apple doughnuts, apple juice, apple pie, carmel apples.... and more! We also enjoyed beautiful scenery and time to talk and just be with each other. Savannah was in Heaven getting to spend a WHOLE day with her daddy (which with Christian's incredibly busy schedule never happens) so this was a huge treat for both Savannah and me. The other picture is of Savannah dress up- she was a lamb for Halloween. So cute!

Halloween

We actually had an adorable costume for Savannah but didn't get it on her that night.... I will upload the pictures later- Christian still needs to download them off his iPhone. If you have his facebook though it is posted on there!

We had a Halloween party we went to with my family and it was fun to watch Hope get all beautified... she is SO cute and made an adorable princess.

Since we didn't get the costume on Savannah I said she was 'mini-me' since we were dressed a like. I made the little crocheted headbands we are wearing and it looked so cute on her!

Family and Dipes

a

Last week we (Savannah and I) went to mom and dad's for dinner and hanging out. Mike and Laura came with little Katia (who is the same age as Savannah). So much fun! I also had to show off the first homemade diaper I made- not perfect, but not bad for a first try! A few updates on Savannah-- she is now crawling BACKWARD. Not forward yet... She can push herself up into sitting while laying down, she is waving and clapping, she can pull herself up to standing if she works at it.... she seems to be doing something new every day right now. It is so fun to see her progress- she just lights up our lives!

Random Days

Savannah is really starting to get into things. She still is not crawling but she can scoot herself around and reach to get what she wants. She was getting into all of daddys things in the picture and was very successful at pulling them all out... and trying to eat the paper in the process. I still have not figured out why she loves eating paper so much. We really have to keep an eye out when paper is around! Savannah has a great time feeding herself too. She gets it every where but she could not be more proud of herself!

Fun at the Cox's

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Cox's house last week to do some crafts with the kids. The ride there was a little rough... Savannah screamed the whole way. I think she was scarred of the incredibly loud rain and wind that was going on that day. But being at their house was SO much fun. The kids love seeing each other and Grandma and Grandpa. Grandma fixed us an amazing meal... as always! And we enjoyed the company!!!

Grandma and Papa Forman's!

We had a great dinner at Mom and Dad's (as always) Savannah loves her Papa (Dad) and loves seeing Hope and Bryce. Christian found that she may want to be a soccer player too- as he got endless laughs from her when he helped her kick the bouncy ball around the house. So much fun!

Happy Birthday Christian!

It was Christian's birthday Oct. 8th... (I am a little behind on my posts). We had a lunch over here to celebrate. We made sweet pork salads and had strawberry whip cream cake. Christian got a lot of great gifts too! (Most all centered around law school) like the newest edition of the Blacks Law dictionary and some great movies about or having to do with lawyers. Hope really enjoyed helping open the gifts. She is SO cute! We love you Christian, Happy Birthday!

Utah- Mission Reunion

I feel bad... we didn't get a single picture of the mission reunion! Savannah was exhausted and it was all I could do to keep her happy and occupied until 11:30pm! (She refused to go to sleep- no matter what I tried) Stubborn girl. I have no idea where she gets that from.

We were able to spend some time with Grandma Forman though and see where she lives and see how amazing she is doing! She looks SO great! What a great example she is working on this Family History Mission. We also were able to go to Tony and Lisa's to watch a session of conference (Christian was able to go to actual conference during this time too!). Savannah fell in love with Travis. I guess because they are both little. He has grown up so much and is such a sweet boy- I still picture him Savannah's age! Savannah kept putting her hand on him and patting him. Sweet cousins.

Just a few cute moments

Savannah has decided that helping with the laudry is really fun. I have a little more laundry to do now that we are cloth diapering. It really is only one extra load so it is not a big deal but Savannah enjoys playing with any of the laundry that has just come from the dryer- I think because it is all warm. But she is so cute!
Yes, she is standing up on her own now and loves her new toy we got her. She is so proud of herself.
The other night she woke up and just would not go back to sleep. Since Christian was gone and it was only 8 I finally just brought her in our room. I was crocheting a hat for Hope and Savannah decided to try to help me... it took me 45 minutes to get the knots out of the yarn!
Here is Savannah concentrating and thinking about crawling. I didn't know if she would crawl because she has shown absolutely NO interest in it whatsoever but that has all changed the last week to a week and a half. She is really thinking about doing it- I just hope she doesn't learn before we go to Utah!
She loves to be naked... What more can I say. She loves it.
